About Jewelbox

Jewelbox.fi is an online store founded in 2021 that sells gold-plated steel jewelry. The store is built on the Shopify platform using the Studio theme.

About the project

During the project, I gained in-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform and various aspects of e-commerce development. The goal was not to make major changes to the site but to ensure that the client could continue to modify the design independently when needed.

My tasks

In addition to designing and implementing the new look, I optimized the site for search engines and improved email marketing and automation. I also developed new features requested by the client, such as a pop-up window, stock availability notifications, and a wishlist. To complement the new design, I photographed and edited new product and illustration images for the site. I also wrote a blog article about the materials and techniques used in jewelry making.
